What Atlas Signalis is. Atlas Signalis is a digital marketing and distribution platform for asset managers. Managers use Atlas Signalis to publish their strategies, videos, and materials for financial professionals to review on their own time. It is the trade name of Ward & Co. Strategic Holdings, LLC. Atlas Signalis is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser.

Managers maintain their own pages and content. Each participating asset manager is responsible for the page, strategy information, videos, and materials associated with its firm. Atlas Signalis does not independently verify that information.

Advisors search and compare independently. Financial professionals independently search, review, and compare participating firms using the filters and criteria they choose. Atlas Signalis does not select, rank by merit, or recommend firms or strategies for any advisor.

Atlas Signalis does not recommend investment products. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a recommendation, endorsement, or assessment of suitability of any manager, strategy, fund, or security.

Advisors choose when and whether to make contact. Any contact with a participating firm happens only when an advisor chooses to initiate it — for example, requesting a conversation, materials, product availability information, fee information, or a call with the firm, or scheduling a meeting through a link the firm provides. Atlas Signalis conveys the advisor’s request to that firm and does not direct, advise, negotiate, or take part in the communications that follow. Any scheduling link connects the advisor to the firm’s own calendar; Atlas Signalis is not a party to any resulting meeting.

Atlas Signalis measures observed engagement only. Atlas Signalis records how financial professionals engage with a manager’s published content — for example, pages viewed, videos watched, and materials opened — and reports that observed activity, together with a summary engagement measure, to the participating manager so the manager can prioritize its own outreach. This is a record of past activity on the platform. Atlas Signalis does not predict, infer, or represent any advisor’s investment intentions, and the engagement measure is not a recommendation, a solicitation, or an assessment of any advisor, manager, strategy, or security.

Atlas Signalis does not participate in securities transactions. Atlas Signalis does not solicit, negotiate, or execute securities transactions. Its fees are flat subscription fees and are not tied to any investment, sale of securities, or assets under management.
