Atlas was founded by industry veteran Hunter Ward, drawing on more than two decades across asset management and retirement solutions. Hunter began his career at Fidelity Investments before moving into distribution at Deutsche Bank's DWS Investments, where he spent years building advisor relationships and bringing investment solutions to the market across the country.
He went on to hold distribution leadership roles spanning the wealth and retirement markets — most recently leading New CIT and Successor Trustee services at Reliance Trust Company. Working every side of the industry, from asset manager to trustee to advisor, made one thing clear: the way investment ideas reach the market hadn't kept pace with the world around it.
