For Asset Managers

Works like a virtual wholesaler,
around the clock.

Atlas Signalis is how you create, measure, and improve your distribution — a virtual sales booth that never comes down — where advisors explore your strategies, hear your sales team’s pitch, and connect with your team on their own time.

You see exactly how each advisor engages — pages viewed, videos watched, materials downloaded — and when someone's ready to talk, the request comes straight to you. Atlas Signalis turns those signals into clear next steps, so your sales team works more efficiently to help turn interest into AUM.

Built for managers of mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs and collective investment trusts, it multiplies the wholesaling team you have — or stands in for the one you don’t — and you stay in control of every conversation.

Your Manager Page

Everything advisors land on, in one branded home.

A polished home for your firm and every strategy — your pitch, your materials, always on. This is what an advisor sees, and where the whole process begins.

Digital Presence

A polished virtual sales booth for your firm — branded firm and strategy pages advisors can find, research, and revisit any time, run by a virtual wholesaler that never sleeps.

Digital Engagement

Your sales team’s two-minute pitch for each strategy — the one a wholesaler gives in person — plus PM overviews, fact sheets, commentary, and live events. It pitches while your team sleeps.

Distribution Intelligence

A live dashboard shows which advisors are engaging, what they're consuming, and where interest is building — so you can see demand instead of guessing at it.

Sales Enablement

Atlas Signalis shows your team exactly who to follow up with, and when — turning advisor attention into prioritized action.

Distribution Infrastructure

Built to scale — from a single manager to multi-strategy firms and, in time, enterprise white-label deployments. The same platform grows with you.

Your Virtual Wholesaler

Your pitch is the whole game.

A virtual wholesaler is only as good as the pitch it delivers. The strategies that win attention on Atlas Signalis are the ones with a sharp, two-minute sales pitch — the same one your best wholesaler gives when an advisor says “tell me why I should care.” Energy and a hook, not a dry read.

Record it once and it works around the clock — on an advisor’s screen at ten at night, long after any road trip ends. Your PM’s deeper walk-through sits right alongside it as the substance behind the pitch. Together they do what a wholesaler does in the room, on repeat, without the airfare.

Engagement, Captured

Every signal, measured — nothing slips.

When advisors explore your page and watch your pitch, Atlas Signalis is measuring — every visit, every video, every download — and turning it into signal your team can act on.

Market your page to the advisors and prospects you already work with. When they engage, Atlas Signalis turns that attention into something you can measure and act on — so your outreach stops disappearing into voicemail and starts showing you where real interest is building.

Observed Engagement Only

Atlas Signalis measures what advisors view, watch, and download — never what they type, and never anything it sells or shares. Transparent by design, so your compliance team is comfortable from day one.

See Who Engaged

See exactly who watched your pitch, pulled a fact sheet, or asked to connect — so your team knows who to follow up with, and when.

Engagement Intelligence

A live dashboard shows which strategies are drawing interest and which advisors are warming up — measurable signal to prioritize, instead of guesswork.

You're listed where advisors browse, too.

Your firm and strategies are also listed in the Atlas Signalis Strategy Library, where financial professionals search and compare managers on their own criteria. When an advisor's search matches what you offer, your firm surfaces alongside the results. Your own outreach and your dashboard deliver the value from day one — the Library listing is an added channel that puts you in front of advisors researching independently.

All that engagement flows into one place — and becomes your next move.

The Signalis Command Center™

Know who to call before you pick up the phone.

This is what a virtual wholesaler looks like. Your dashboard turns advisor engagement into a prioritized call list — so your team spends its time on genuine interest, not guesswork. It answers three questions the moment you log in.

Who

The advisors engaging with your strategies right now, ranked by a Signalis Engagement Score™ built from real activity.

Why

A clear read on what each advisor did — video content watched, materials downloaded, conversations requested.

What next

A recommended next step for every advisor — call today, send the video, share your latest commentary.

Signalis Command Center dashboard

A sample view of the Signalis Command Center. Engagement reflects how the advisors you invite interact with your own content — recommended actions are sales next-steps for your team, not investment advice.

Signalis Engagement Score

Every visit, video, download, and request adds to each advisor's score, so the advisors showing real interest rise to the top of your call list.

The Advisor Brief

Open any advisor for a one-page pre-call briefing — their full engagement timeline, what they're most interested in, and suggested talking points drawn from what they actually viewed. Everything you need to know before you dial.

Recommended Actions

Atlas Signalis reads each advisor's observed behavior — what they actually viewed, watched, and downloaded — and suggests the practical next step. It's grounded in what an advisor already did, never a prediction of intent, so the call stays your team's.

Built-in contact log

Log every call, email, and meeting in one click, right from an advisor's brief. Your outreach history travels with each relationship — no separate CRM to maintain.

Campaigns

Name an outreach push — a quarterly fact-sheet send, a conference follow-up — send the links from your own inbox, and Atlas Signalis measures the result: who engaged, and who raised their hand.

Relationships

Your whole book in one place, including advisors who've gone quiet. Tag each as a Fund User, Qualified Prospect, and more — then filter and export any segment for targeted outreach.

Atlas Signalis measures observed engagement — how the advisors you invite interact with your own content. It never infers intent, predicts, or recommends investments; every classification and next step is your team's own sales judgment.

The Math of Modern Distribution

Being on the platform doesn’t sell the strategy.

Someone still has to reach the advisor. Today that means a conference, a road trip, or a wholesaler’s calendar — and every one of them ends. Here is what you are actually buying.

The Conference

Three days. Then it's gone.

You send two or three people to a national conference to get in front of a pool of 2,000 advisors. You walk away with 50 good leads — and the moment the event ends, your booth comes down and you're invisible again.

Booth, sponsorship & travel for 2–3 reps
Hotels, meals & entertainment
Typical all-in cost$5,000–$15,000+
End product: a few days of visibility and a stack of business cards.
The Road Trip

Ten meetings. Then radio silence.

A wholesaler flies to a city, runs 10–15 meetings over a couple of days, and flies home. When they land, that market goes quiet again — your pitch only ever existed in those rooms, in those moments.

Airfare & ground travel
Hotels, meals & entertainment
Cost of a single trip$8,000–$20,000+
End product: a handful of conversations that end when the trip does.

A virtual sales booth that never comes down.

Atlas Signalis gives you 365 days of placement in front of advisors who are actively searching — not three days in a hall. Your story, your portfolio managers, and your materials — amplified and available 24/7, generating warm interest your team can actually follow up on.

Conference Mode — included on every tier

And when you do go to the conference, your page runs the booth.

Stand a tablet on the table and put your Atlas Signalis page in Conference Mode. It locks to your firm — no browser, no wandering off. Advisors watch your pitch videos, open your fact sheets, and read your team’s bios while you’re busy talking to someone else. Between visitors, the page resets itself.

An Atlas Signalis manager page running in Conference Mode on a tablet at a conference booth
Conference Mode on the booth tablet — locked to the firm, with the QR code advisors scan to take the page home.
01

They leave with your page, not a business card

A QR code sits on the screen: Take this with you. One scan and your page is on the advisor’s phone — the videos, the fact sheets, your team — long after the pens and tote bags are in a drawer.

02

Every visitor starts clean

The next person at your booth is a different person. Forms clear, qualified-plan attestations reset, and the page returns to your overview — automatically, or the moment your team taps Reset for next visitor.

03

You finally know how the booth did

Not a stack of scanned badges and a feeling. A debrief: sessions, which pitch got played, which strategy held people at the table, which fact sheets got taken — waiting in your Command Center on the flight home.

What Atlas Signalis will not claim. A booth visitor is anonymous, and Atlas Signalis won’t pretend otherwise — we report what was watched and taken, never who was standing there. An advisor becomes named only when they choose to: by scanning your code and opening your page themselves. Observed engagement, never inferred intent. That rule doesn’t bend for a trade show.

Getting Started

The page takes about 20 minutes. Your review takes as long as it takes.

No sales call, no implementation project, no IT lift. The editor walks you through your page step by step, and most managers finish in about twenty minutes.

What happens after that is your firm’s business, not ours. If your policy requires the page to be reviewed before an advisor sees it, Atlas Signalis is built for that: one designated person maintains the page, nothing goes live until it is approved, and every version is kept on file. If it doesn’t, you publish and start sending links the same day.

1

Join & get your login

Pick a tier and check out securely. Atlas Signalis sets up your account and emails you a private sign-in link — no setup call, no waiting on a sales rep.

2

Build your page

A guided editor and a getting-started checklist walk you through your firm details, strategies, pitch videos, PM overviews, fact sheets, and commentary. Publish when you're ready — your branded page goes live at atlassignalis.com/m/yourfirm.

3

Send your first links

The moment your page is live, you can create personal per-advisor links and send them from your own inbox to the advisors you want to reach.

4

Watch engagement come in

As advisors open your page, your dashboard fills in — who visited, what they watched and downloaded, and who asked to connect — with a prioritized call list and a pre-call brief for every advisor.

You stay in control of every page, link, and conversation. When an advisor asks to connect, Atlas Signalis passes the request straight to your team and never takes part in the conversation that follows.

For Trustees & TPMs

Supervising many managers, not just one?

CIT trustees and third-party marketers get their own console on Atlas Signalis — required approval on every page change, supervision seats that never touch a manager’s plan, and a cross-book call queue on the managers who choose to grant it.

Who’s behind Atlas Signalis

I spent twenty years in fund distribution — Fidelity, DWS, and Reliance Trust on the CIT and trustee side. In that time the way advisors research changed completely. The way we sell to them barely moved. Distribution has not kept pace with the technology around it, and that gap has been widening quietly for a decade. A new paradigm is forming for fund distribution. Atlas Signalis is built for it — a sales booth that never comes down, and a straight answer to “who should I call next?”

On every plan — not an upgrade

Your page is an advertisement. Atlas Signalis treats it like one.

These are not Tier 3 features. They are the floor, on every plan, from the first day.

Every version, kept. Not the latest — every one. Sealed, tamper-evident, and exportable as a single file when review or diligence begins.
One person changes the page. You designate them. Everyone else keeps the Command Center and cannot touch the advertisement. Enforced in the database.
Review before live, if you want it. Switch it on and the live page will not move until your reviewer approves the change — and they see only what changed.
Your disclosure, locked. Your reviewer sets it. It appears on every version. The page editor cannot change it.
Records that expire, and prove it. Engagement data is deleted after 24 months, automatically, and every purge is logged.
No third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session replay. Your data goes to you and nowhere else.

Common Questions

Answers before you ask.

Is Atlas Signalis a broker-dealer, adviser, or solicitor?Compliance

No. Atlas Signalis is a marketing and technology platform. We don’t sell securities, recommend strategies, solicit investors, or take a cut of anything you raise. Your page presents your firm in your words; our fee is a flat monthly subscription that never varies with your sales or assets.

What exactly does the engagement data tell me?

Observed actions only — which advisor opened your page, watched a pitch, downloaded a fact sheet, compared strategies, or asked to talk, and when. Atlas Signalis never predicts intent or scores anyone on data you can’t see. The Signalis Engagement Score™ is a transparent tally of real activity, so your follow-up is grounded in what actually happened.

Who owns my advisor and engagement data?Compliance

You do. The advisors you bring and the engagement they generate belong to your firm — exportable anytime as CSV. We don’t sell your data or share it with other managers. If you cancel, you can take it with you.

What do advisors see when they visit?

A polished, branded page: your strategies, pitch videos, fact sheets, team, and a way to start a conversation — like a private booth that never closes. Advisors arriving on a personal link you sent see your world only; we never route them to competing managers.

How long does setup really take?

Most managers publish within about 20 minutes of joining. The editor is self-serve — type your strategy details, upload videos and PDFs (or paste links), hit publish. No designers, no code, no implementation call. You can refine it any time.

Do you review or endorse the content on my page?

No — your page is your firm’s content, presented as you provide it, and it remains subject to your own compliance and marketing-review process, just like your website or a conference booth. Atlas Signalis doesn’t verify, rate, or rank managers on merit.

How do advisors find me?

Two ways. You send advisors their personal links — email, LinkedIn, follow-ups — and every visit is attributed. And your strategies are listed in the Atlas Signalis Strategy Library, where advisors searching by asset class, vehicle, or platform can discover you organically.

What if I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no contract, no penalty. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month; annual plans simply don’t renew. Your page unpublishes at the end of the paid period, and you can export your data first.

Will our compliance team need to review what we publish?Compliance

Yes — everything on your page is your firm’s marketing material, so your advertising-review process (SEC Marketing Rule, and FINRA 2210 where applicable) applies to the copy, documents and videos you choose to publish. Atlas Signalis adds no claims of its own, and never writes a word of your marketing.

What Atlas Signalis does is make that review enforceable instead of procedural. One designated person maintains the page. If your policy requires sign-off, switch it on and the live page will not move until a reviewer approves the change — and the reviewer is shown only what changed. Every version is kept, with the name of whoever approved it. See Compliance.

How do we handle books-and-records for our page?Compliance

Atlas Signalis keeps them for you. You don’t screenshot anything.

Every save writes a permanent copy of the page — not the latest one, every one. If a page said something in March and something else in July, both are on file, with the date and the person who saved it. Records cannot be edited or deleted: not by your firm, and not by Atlas Signalis. The database refuses.

Each version is sealed to the one before it, so altering any historical version breaks every seal after it — and you can verify that yourself, in your own browser, without taking our word for it. One click exports the whole record as a single file you control when review or diligence begins. See Compliance.

Do standard fund legends and prospectus links apply here?Compliance

Yes — the same ones you use everywhere else, and Atlas Signalis gives them a permanent home.

Your reviewer sets your firm’s required disclosure once. It renders at the foot of every version of the page and is captured in the record, so the file shows the legend that was on the page at the time — which is the reason a compliance officer asks for it at all. The page editor cannot change it. The database rejects the attempt; it is not merely hidden in the interface.

Fact sheets, commentary and prospectus links live in your strategy document fields as usual. Atlas Signalis doesn’t verify or edit your content — responsibility for what you publish stays with your firm, exactly as it does on your own site.

Our vendor due-diligence team has questions. What can you provide?Compliance

Start with What Atlas Signalis Collects — it is public, and it lists the exact fields we store, the ones we never store, where the data lives, our sub-processors, and how to switch measurement off for any advisor. Most of a standard questionnaire is answerable straight from it. Then Compliance covers records, supervision and retention.

Anything else, send us the questionnaire itself and you will get a straight, specific answer. Email info@atlassignalis.com and we’ll send it same day.

Can compliance approve our page before it goes live?Compliance

Yes — and not by convention. By control.

Exactly one person at your firm can change the page. You designate them. Everyone else on the plan keeps the full Command Center — their advisor links, their book, who to call next — and cannot touch the page at all. That restriction is enforced in the database, not by hiding a button: a wholesaler who navigates straight to the editor still cannot write to it.

If your policy requires review, switch it on. Your editor keeps editing exactly as before, but the live page stops following them — it stays on the last approved version until a reviewer approves the change. The reviewer is shown only what changed, not the whole page again. And if the person who edited the page is also the person who approved it, the record says self-approved, plainly. We don’t launder that.

Who can browse the Strategy Library?Compliance

Not the general public. Before anyone can browse, they must confirm they’re a financial professional — an advisor, consultant, or plan fiduciary — and not a retail investor. It’s built for professional research, not consumer traffic.

Atlas Signalis never ranks managers by quality, performance, or any opinion of ours. What an advisor sees depends on the filters they choose. Featured placement is the one exception, it’s paid, and it’s labeled as promotional right on the card — so nobody mistakes it for a recommendation.

We offer CITs. How does Atlas Signalis handle them?Compliance

Tick one box in the editor — “qualified-plan audience” — and that strategy behaves differently. Anyone can see the basics: the strategy name, category, vehicle, and a short description, shown with the standard CIT disclosure (a bank collective investment trust, available only to eligible qualified retirement plans; not FDIC insured; not a registered investment company; not registered under the Securities Act of 1933).

Everything else — the fact sheet, the pitch video, the detailed numbers — stays hidden until the visitor confirms they’re a financial professional or plan fiduciary working with qualified plans. Only then does it unlock.

Your compliance team and your trustee decide what belongs in each layer. Atlas Signalis gives you the switch to enforce it, and the disclosure follows that strategy everywhere it appears — your page and the library.

Does Atlas Signalis ever contact or market to the advisors who visit our page?Compliance

No. Advisors who engage with your page are your relationships, not ours. Atlas Signalis never markets to them, never sells or shares their information, and never introduces them to another manager. When an advisor asks for a conversation, materials, or a meeting, that request goes to the contact you designate and the conversation is yours — Atlas Signalis conveys it and steps out.

Is the Signalis Engagement Score a recommendation about an advisor?Compliance

No. The score summarizes observed activity that already happened — pages viewed, videos watched, materials downloaded, requests submitted — and orders your own follow-up list accordingly. It does not predict, infer, or represent any advisor’s investment intentions, and it is not a recommendation, a solicitation, or an assessment of any advisor, manager, strategy, or security. Recommended actions are sales next-steps for your team, never investment advice.

How fast can we take something down?Compliance

Immediately, and without contacting us. Flip the publish toggle off and the whole page is dark at once — approval settings, reviewers and everything else are bypassed. That is the emergency stop, it belongs to your editor, and it always works.

For a single item — one document, one video, one strategy — remove it in the editor and save. If you have not switched on review, it is live at once. If you have, the removal goes through the same approval as any other change, because that is the point of switching it on. If you need something gone this minute, take the page down, fix it, and republish. Nothing requires an Atlas Signalis ticket or a support queue.

What is Conference Mode, and do we need a special device?

Any tablet or laptop with a browser — there is no app and nothing to install. In the editor you click Conference mode, type the event name, and your page opens locked to your firm: no Atlas Signalis navigation, no way for a visitor to wander off. Put the device into its own guided-access mode and stand it on the table. Advisors watch your pitch videos and open your fact sheets while your team is busy with someone else, and a QR code on screen lets them take the page home on their phone. Afterwards, the Conferences view in your Command Center shows how the booth actually performed.

Does Conference Mode identify the advisors standing at our booth?Compliance

No, and we won’t pretend it does. A booth visitor is anonymous: Atlas Signalis reports what was watched and what was taken, never who was standing there. An advisor becomes named only when they choose to be — by scanning your QR code and opening your page on their own device, at which point they appear in your Command Center like any other named engagement. The page also clears itself between visitors, so one advisor’s session, form entries, and qualified-plan attestation never carry over to the next person. Observed engagement, never inferred intent — that rule doesn’t bend at a trade show.

Who It's For

Built for boutiques. Ready for scale.

Atlas Signalis is at its best for boutique and mid-sized managers — often $1B–$25B — where an always-on digital presence moves the needle most. But it scales in both directions: it augments a full wholesaling team just as well as it stands in for one, and larger firms and distribution partners run entire books on it under their own brand.
