For Compliance Officers

Atlas Signalis publishes your firm’s pages. This page is for the person who has to approve them.

The recordkeeping is built in, not bolted on.

You know your obligations better than we do. This page is about what the platform does — what it keeps, who can change what, and what you can hand over.

What’s built in

Atlas Signalis is a distribution platform: a branded page, personal links, and an engagement dashboard. For asset managers, it is how strategies reach advisors. For independent advisors, it is how a practice reaches prospects. What makes it different, either way, is what sits underneath it.

Every version, kept permanently

Every save writes a complete, immutable copy of the page. Not the latest — every one. What it said in March is on file, and so is who saved it.

The record cannot be rewritten

Not by your firm. Not by Atlas Signalis. The database rejects any attempt to modify or delete a version outright.

And you can prove it

Each version is sealed to the one before it. Alter any historical version and every seal after it stops matching. You verify the maths in your own browser — you do not take our word for it.

One person can change the page

Not everyone with a login. Sales and staff seats get the dashboard, their links, their book — and cannot touch the published page. Enforced in the database, not by hiding a button.

Review before it goes live

Optional. When it is on, the editor keeps editing but the live page does not follow them until a reviewer approves. You are shown only what changed, not the whole page again.

A disclosure marketing cannot touch

Your required legend is set by your reviewer, appears on every version, and the page editor is refused permission to change it.

It feeds your archive

We do not archive — that is Smarsh’s and Global Relay’s job. Every message Atlas Signalis sends on your behalf is blind-copied to your ingest address. And there is only one, because your team sends its outreach from its own inbox.

Records that expire, and prove they did

Engagement data is deleted after 24 months, automatically, and every purge is logged. “Can you show the policy actually ran?” is answered with a table.

No third-party trackers. Anywhere.

No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session replay, no third-party script of any kind on your page. Engagement data goes to you and nowhere else — there is no integration to switch off, because there is none.

People are told, and can be excluded

Anyone who lands on your page is shown what is measured. Atlas Signalis never identifies anyone on its own — names come from you. And measurement can be switched off for any individual; their link still works.

One screen, one export

Every version. Every approval — including, plainly labelled, any that were self-approved. Every change to who can do what. Every advisor erased on request. Every retention purge. One screen, one export.

The activity log is written by the database, not by the application. A change made directly in the database is logged exactly like one made in the interface. Software that logs its own actions is only logging what it chose to admit to.

Send us your vendor questionnaire.

We would rather answer the hard questions early than discover them late. Whatever your policy requires — retention, audit trails, sub-processors, security — send it over and you will get a straight, specific answer.

Atlas Signalis is a marketing and technology platform. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or solicitor, and it does not provide investment, legal or compliance advice. Your firm remains responsible for its own advertising, supervision and recordkeeping policies, and for how it uses the platform. Fees are flat and are never tied to sales, assets raised or AUM.
