A 24/7 prospecting presentation for the person you just met — or the one you’re about to reach. A referral, an introduction, an event, a first email. They get your story, your introduction, and your resources on their schedule. You see what held their attention, who raised a hand, and where the next conversation should begin.
Ashford Lane Advisors
Fee-only, fiduciary planning for families and near-retirees.
Twenty years helping families and near‑retirees answer the only question that matters: are we going to be okay? Planning first — products never.
Demo data throughout. What it means, and who is worth a call, stays your judgment.
Atlas Signalis sits beside your website, your CRM, and your existing marketing tools — nothing to migrate, rebuild, or replace. This is the link you send when there’s a specific person on the other end.
Atlas Signalis does not replace your website. It gives your outreach somewhere more focused to land.
Atlas Signalis is not another source of shared leads. It helps you make more of the opportunities you already create.
In each of those moments, you send this — instead of saying “Here’s my homepage. Take a look around.”
One of the moments above arrives — a referral, an introduction, a first reply. Your practice already produces them.
One link for that one person — or a broadcast link for your signature, a newsletter, a post, or a mailer.
Who you are, whom you serve, your introduction video, your resources — around the clock, on their schedule.
They watch, read, download, RSVP, or reach out — whenever it suits them.
Which sections they read, whether they watched to the end, what they downloaded, who raised a hand.
Call the people who spent real time on it, and start where they left off instead of starting over.
Named activity is reported on personal links where the visitor has allowed it. Broadcast links report in aggregate. Either way, activity is reported as plain facts.
The editor is section-based — your details, your video, your guides — and every save is sealed into your record automatically.
Firm, name, how you work, what you offer — ready-made sections, plain fields. No designer, no code.
Paste a video link, add the PDFs you already send — each open is reported in your Command Center.
One switch to go live, one to take it dark — both instant. Want a second look first? Turn on review.
Three separate reads, kept separate on purpose — because how much you know about a visitor depends entirely on how they arrived.
Page visits, unique visitors, materials opened, introduction plays — counted anonymously, everyone included. Your reach, without a name attached.
Send a prospect their own personal link and, if they allow it, their activity appears under the name you gave that link. Named only when they said yes.
Anyone who filled out your contact form, asked for a meeting, or RSVP’d to an event. They identified themselves — the clearest signal there is.
An independent RIA supervises their own advertising — which is exactly why this fits. You decide what goes live, you hold the record, and nobody’s home office signs off on the tool.
Everything below is how the product works today — not a roadmap.
Every save writes a sealed version, chained to the one before it. Tamper-evident, verifiable in your browser, and the whole history exports as one file.
Switch it on and edits hold until you approve them; your page never shows unapproved content. You are your own reviewer, and the record says so: self-approved, plainly.
A visitor on a personal link is shown what is measured and chooses. Decline, and nothing named is recorded — page activity already recorded is erased, and the link works exactly the same.
Counts and consented activity, reported plainly. Nothing is ranked, scored, or predicted — the conclusions stay yours to draw, which is exactly where an examiner wants them.
Most tools do one of these. Atlas Signalis does all three, and keeps them on the same footing your compliance depends on.
A clean, professional page you author and control — who you are, how you work, the services you offer, your events, and a short video to introduce yourself. Send it to a prospect or share it broadly. It looks like you, not like a template.
See what’s actually drawing attention and who reached out, reported as plain facts. The observations are yours; the conclusions stay yours to draw.
When diligence or an exam comes, the answer is one export: every version, every date, every approval — already kept. You hold the record without ever building the plumbing.
No per-client fees, no add-ons, no revenue share — a flat subscription your compliance team can approve at a glance.
One flat subscription — annual or monthly, never tied to your assets, your sales, or your results. Atlas Signalis provides the page and the records; you remain responsible for your own advertising and compliance.
You are your own compliance officer. These are the questions you would have asked one.
No. Atlas Signalis is a marketing and technology platform. We don’t sell securities, recommend strategies, solicit clients, or take a cut of anything you bring in. Your page presents your practice in your words; our fee is a flat subscription that never varies with your clients, assets, or results.
A clean, branded page you authored: who you are, how you work, the services you offer, your events, your materials, and a short video to introduce yourself — plus a straightforward way to reach you. It looks like your practice, not like a template, and it never routes a visitor to another advisor.
No — and not as an oversight. There is no score, no 0–100, no hot/warm/cold, no “most engaged” list, and no sort-by-activity anywhere in your dashboard. You see what happened: pages opened, video played, materials downloaded, forms submitted. Atlas Signalis never infers or predicts what anyone intends to do. What it means, and who is worth a call, is your judgment and stays that way.
No, and we want to be straight about that. Atlas Signalis is not another source of shared leads — it helps you make more of the opportunities you already create. It does not generate prospects for you or introduce you to anyone. You drive the traffic: you send a personal link to someone you met, put a broadcast link in your email signature, a newsletter, a LinkedIn post, or a mailer. What the platform does is show you what happened after you sent it. Your subscription also includes access to browse the Strategy Library for your own research.
Most advisors publish in about twenty minutes. The editor is self-serve and section-based — type your details, upload a video and any PDFs (or paste links), hit publish. No designer, no code, no implementation call. You can change it whenever you like.
No. This sits alongside whatever you already have. Your website is where people find you; this is the page you send to someone specific, and the record and reporting that come with it. Plenty of advisors keep both and never touch their existing site.
Decide what goes on the page, and decide whether you want a review step before changes go live. That is the whole of it. The recordkeeping happens whether you think about it or not: every save writes a permanent, sealed copy, your required disclosure renders on every version, and the whole history exports as one file.
If you switch review on and you are both the editor and the reviewer, the record says self-approved, plainly. We don’t dress that up as something it isn’t.
Atlas Signalis keeps them. You don’t screenshot anything.
Every save writes a permanent copy of the page — not the latest one, every one. If the page said something in March and something else in July, both are on file with the date and who saved it. Versions cannot be edited or deleted: not by you, and not by us. The database refuses.
Each version is sealed to the one before it, so altering any historical version breaks every seal after it — and you can verify that yourself, in your own browser. One click exports the whole record as a single file you control.
Yes. You set your firm’s required disclosure once and it renders at the foot of every version of the page and is captured in the record — so the file shows the disclosure that was on the page at the time, which is the reason anyone asks for it. Your other materials live in your document fields as usual. Atlas Signalis doesn’t verify or edit what you publish; responsibility for your advertising stays with you, exactly as it does on your own site.
Yes, and they’re asked rather than assumed. Anyone arriving on a personal link is shown on the page what is measured and chooses. If they decline, nothing named is recorded, any page activity previously recorded for them is erased, and their link still works exactly the same — they simply appear in your anonymous counts like any other visitor. Anything they deliberately send you — a question, an RSVP — is a message to you, not tracking, and stays.
No. The people who visit your page are your relationships, not ours. We never market to them, never sell or share their information, and never introduce them to another advisor. When someone asks for a conversation or a meeting, that request goes to you and the conversation is yours — we pass it along and step out.
You do. The people you bring and the activity they generate belong to your practice, exportable any time as CSV. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else on the platform. If you cancel, you take it with you.
Immediately, and without contacting us. Flip the publish toggle off and the whole page is dark at once — review settings and everything else are bypassed. That is the emergency stop and it always works. For a single item, remove it in the editor and save. Nothing requires a support ticket.
Mechanically: the request and anything submitted in response are recorded with a timestamp and kept in your record, and they appear in your inbound list alongside contact requests and RSVPs. That is all the platform does.
Whether to solicit reviews at all, how to present them, and what disclosures go with them are decisions for you under your own advertising policies. Atlas Signalis doesn’t publish them for you, doesn’t edit them, and takes no position on how you use them.
Cancel any time — no contract, no penalty. Your plan simply doesn’t renew, your page unpublishes at the end of the paid period, and you can export your page history and your data before it does.
A sample advisor page, and the command center behind it — both built on fictional data, so you can click through the whole thing.
Keep your website. You bring the prospect. Atlas Signalis helps make the next conversation happen.
