Privacy Policy

Controller: Ward & Co. Strategic Holdings, LLC, dba Atlas Signalis Version: 1.1 Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Signalis ("Atlas Signalis," "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and services (the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Platform Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

Cookies & tracking technologies. Our public pages use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics and do not set third-party advertising cookies. A Manager's advisor tracking link uses a unique token (and may use a cookie or similar local identifier) solely to attribute that advisor's engagement to the Manager who created the link, as described above. Where required by applicable law, we present a cookie or consent notice and honor your choices, including recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where applicable.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell advisor or prospect data.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe by card or ACH bank debit. We do not store full payment card numbers or bank credentials; payment data is entered on and handled by the processor under its own privacy terms.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Depending on your state of residence, these may include the rights to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law. We do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will verify your request using the account or contact information associated with you before acting on it. To make a request, contact us at info@atlassignalis.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to opt out of "targeted advertising" and of certain "profiling," to limit the use of sensitive personal information, to appeal a denial of a request, and to use an authorized agent. Atlas Signalis does not use engagement data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about any individual. We recognize opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required. To appeal a decision on a request, reply to our response or contact info@atlassignalis.com.

Advisor tracking links. If a Manager sent you a unique link and you have questions about — or wish to access, correct, or delete — the engagement information collected through it, you may contact us or the Manager. Because the Manager directs that processing as the controller/business, we may refer or forward your request to the relevant Manager and assist them in responding.

EEA/UK users. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Services and, for Managers, measuring engagement with their own content), consent (where required, such as for certain cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data Retention & Security

Engagement events are deleted after 24 months. Page views, video plays, downloads and other engagement signals are purged automatically on a schedule, and each purge is logged. Account and manager records (firm details, strategy content, a manager’s own notes and contacts) are retained while the account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business or legal purposes, then deleted or de-identified.

Erasure on request. A manager can permanently erase an individual advisor at any time — the link, every engagement event, the notes and the campaign memberships — from their own dashboard. See What Atlas Signalis Collects for the full detail. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.

7. Communications by Managers

Managers who receive advisor inquiries must use that information only to respond and in compliance with applicable communications and privacy laws (including, as applicable, CAN-SPAM and TCPA). Atlas Signalis is not responsible for managers' independent communications.

8. Children

The Services are for business users and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the updated version with a new date; material changes will be communicated as required.
